Hi , I am PAWNI ARORA , I belong to a KURUKSHETRA where life moves fast yet people don’t have time for their health and fitness . Since childhood , I watched how stressful life they live , their busy routines and lack of self-care. I always need a calm space where the mind and body can rest . My search for peace took me to yoga , and it changed everything . Yoga brought clarity , strength , and a sense of balance into my life . Yoga slowly healed me – my mind , my thoughts and my confidence . It become my safe place , my strength and my passion .

With this change , I felt a deep desire to share the same experience with others . That is how “YOGAZONE” was born – a peaceful and welcoming space where everyone , from beginners to advanced learners , can grow . At YogaZone , my goal is to make yoga simple , comfortable and meaningful . I guide each and every person with patience , positively , and understanding . My aim is to guide people with simple practices ,  gentle support , and a warm environment . At YogaZone , every learner is valued , and every small improvement matters .
